I’m excited for the upcoming volleyball season and wanted to share some information about our preseason camp. Participation in this camp is not mandatory and will not impact team selection. It’s simply a great opportunity to shake off the rust, start playing again, and get prepared for tryouts. We’ll focus on a variety of skills and include some live play to help everyone get back into the rhythm of the game. Please remember to bring water and kneepads, and make sure to hydrate before and after camp. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Please make sure to have your physicals done prior to camp and tryouts. Also check your Rank One accounts and fill out the necessary information. Without either you will not be able to play or try out.
