Weekly workouts will include stunting, tumbling, and technique. We will meet on Mondays from 4:30-6:30pm. Please make every effort to attend to prepare yourself for pre season camp and tryouts. Dates are 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29, and 8/5.
